I grew up in Upstate NY playing baseball my whole life. I was an All-State high school catcher and earned a scholarship to play for Dominican College. I started all 4 years and earned two all-conference nominations before being drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 45th round. When my career came to an end I moved to North Carolina where I ran a baseball facility and travel baseball program for 13 years. During this time I invented "The Blocking Buddy" because I found common flaws in every youth catcher that I worked with! The blocking buddy helped our players build better technique by improving their muscle memory in their movements. Each catching training tool has been designed to correct common errors in technique and enhance performance in throwing, blocking & receiving!
